Q: I am using Internet Explorer to view SpiritFanatic.com. Whenever I click to add an item to my cart it shows an empty shopping cart?

A: The default privacy settings for Internet Explorer do not allow 3rd party cookies and therefore will not allow the shopping cart to populate items. If you are prompted to whether or not you would like to "Accept Cookies?" click 'Accept'. If not take the following steps:

1. On your IE menu bar click the 'Tools' menu.
2. Click 'Internet Options'.
3. Click on the 'Privacy' tab.
4. On the 'Settings' slider adjust your privacy settings to 'Low'.
5. Click 'Apply'
   
6. Click 'OK'

This will correct the issue with adding items to your shopping cart with ours and several other websites. Adjusting the settings to 'Low' will not compromise your security as it still blocks cookies that do not have a privacy policy attached.
